Alli will take you through a strength and stretch class before learning a combo with some chair choreography! Learn to love your body and all the amazing things it can do with the help of Alli's encourgement! Bring heels if you have them. See you there!
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
All sessions and class passes are non-refundable. Pop-Up classes and Events are non-refundable. Regular weekly drop-in classes can be cancelled by the client with 8 hrs notice. That class will be returned to your account (this does not include special Pop-up classes or events). If a drop-in class does not have enough participants to run, you will be notified 2 hrs prior to the class of its cancellation. That class will be returned to your account. Sessions and classes cannot be transferred to another account. We do not offer make-up classes or sessions. If you would like to transfer from one session into a new one, there is a $25 admin fee.
