Where should I park?
We unfortunately don't have our own parking lot, but Rose Street does have street parking available.
What should I wear?
You'll find what shoes you should have if you check out our "Styles" page and find the class you're inquiring about. But when it comes to clothes, we are not picky! Wear whatever you're comfortable in for class, just make sure you can move.
Where do I purchase dance wear/shoes?
You can find everything you need at one of the local dance stores in town! That includes shoes, clothing, and more. Check out Soles and Suits, Dancer's Den, and All About Dance to get what you need.
How old do I have to be to attend class?
All classes are open to dancers 17 years or older.
What can I expect when I arrive at the studio?
Our studio is located through the right door of the building. When you enter, you'll see our waiting room and front desk. Check in there, and we'll let you know what studio your class is in. We do not have lockers, so take everything into the studio with you. Your teacher will take it from there! All classes are 45-60 minutes. Please bring indoor shoes to class, and a water bottle!
What is your refund policy?
All passes and sessions purchased are non-refundable.
Cancellations made 8 hrs prior to drop-in will be credited back to your account.
Events and Pop-Up classes are non-refundable.
We do not transfer classes, events or pop-ups.
What if I miss my class?
Any classes that are missed or cancelled within the 8 hr window will still be taken off of your account.
We do not offer make-up classes.
Can I get an extension on my Class Pass?
Yes! We offer the following:
1 month expiry pass: 1 week extension
5 Class Pass (3 mth): 2 week extension
10 Class Pass (6 mth): 4 week extension
20 Class Pass (12 mth): 6 week extension
We are willing to pause subscriptions if medical emergencies/situations arise. Please contact the office to discuss your situation.
When can I start?
Whenever you're ready! You can start dropping in to classes at anytime.
Progressive sessions run periodically through the year. However there are no progressive sessions during the summer months.
Performance and music video sessions begin four times through the year:

Can I purchase classes for someone as a gift?
Absolutely! We sell gift cards that can be used for sessions and merchandise right on our website.
If you'd like to order a Class Pass for someone, please let us know and we can provide a coupon code for you that can be used at checkout.
Do you have showers or lockers?
We have 3 large bathrooms that can be used as a change room, but do not have showers or lockers. When you go into class, take everything with you! You can place your belongings along the wall.
How many people will be in the class?
Anywhere between 3-30 people can be in your drop-in class. If there's less than 3, the class will be cancelled with 2 hours notice. The class will be refunded back onto your account.
For sessions, there will be a minimum of 5 dancers. Some of our routines have had up to 30 people! Our choreographers work hard to make sure everyone has a chance to shine.
