BOOTY BURN
Mondays 12:00-12:45pm
A combination of strength training with yoga and pilates to ! A full body workout using weights and resistance bands combined with fun, energizing dance moves! Please bring a mat, towel, and water. Sneakers or bare feet optional.
CIRCUIT HITT STRETCH
Wednesdays 12:00-12:45pm
This class is for high intensity interval training as you move through the room at different circuits. Starting with a 30 minute workout, you'll finishing off with a 15 minute deep stretch to really release those muscles!
Please bring a mat, water and a towel.
SPICY SCULPT
Thursdays 5:30-6:15pm
A combination of strength training, dance, yoga, and pilates all meshed into one for the perfect sweat session! A full body workout using weights and resistance bands combined with fun, energizing dance moves! Please bring a mat, towel, and water. Sneakers or bare feet optional.
BARRE BURN
Fridays 12:00-12:45pm
This class is designed to challenge your body with extensions and balancing while building strength in our muscles as you move from exercise to exercise. Finishing off with core based movements to get that total body fix!
