Fitness classes designed with dance in mind!

DANCE SCULPT FIT

Mondays & Wednesdays 12:00-12:45pm

A combination of strength training, dance, yoga, and pilates all meshed into one for the perfect sweat session! A full body workout using weights and resistance bands combined with fun, energizing dance moves! Please bring a mat, towel, and water. Sneakers or bare feet optional.

STRENGTH & STABILITY YOGA

Fridays 12:00-12:45pm

This class is designed to challenge your body with extensions and balancing while building strength in our muscles as we move from pose to pose. Finishing off with core based movements to get that total body fix! Please bring a mat, water and a towel.
